2122 - Brand Partnership Manager - Reading - 12 m contract £45 - 55K

Our client is a massive global player in the technology market is looking for an experienced Brand Partnership Manager.

We are looking for someone with Consumer Marketing and Brand Partnership experience, having worked with other brands on campaigns and experience of bringing brands together.

The role will be to deliver marketing campaigns smoothly with partners

We need someone who understands all aspects of Marcomms - so:

o Social Media

o Above the Line Advertising

o CRM

o Advertising Plans

We need someone who enjoys working to a goal and a deadline and embraces that.

We are looking for someone who can manage their own time and workload.

This role will work with agency teams so this person must be confident in briefing creative agency teams

This person will be responsible for ensuring everyone in the campaign works to the agreed T&Cs

Brand Partnerships

  • Work with the Global team to deliver Globally negotiated partnerships regionally.

  • Keep local markets updated with Global and regional news and partnerships.

  • Build a relationship with local markets and become a voice up to the global team for their work in the field.

  • Work with other territories to look at competitor activity and report back to key stakeholders.

  • Work with partnerships agency to deliver best in class innovative partnerships throughout EMEA, keeping our Brand positioning current and trending by proxy.

  • Actively keep stakeholders up to date with the campaigns being produced.

  • Join key meetings where company news is shared

  • Developing deep relationships with key partners both internally and externally.

  • Proactively acquire and distribute required artwork assets for agencies and partners.

  • Work with the insight team for the latest updates on gaming as a category

  • Evaluate EMEA Partnerships including reach, success and learnings.

  • Have excellent campaign management skills including deadline management, scheduling and negotiation tactics with strong problem solving capabilities.

  • Build a strong Partnerships and experiential community within the key EMEA markets.

  • Raise purchase orders and manage areas of budget with-in the team all up budget.

  • Become a best in class example for more junior team members.

Skills and Experience

  • Background in brand partnerships

  • Consumer marketing experience

  • Marcoms background- encompassing Social Media, Above the Line Advertising, CRM and Advertising Plans

  • Campaign management skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in managing agencies
