EXECUTIVE CHEF - £65,000 - MULTI-OUTLET ESTABLISHMENT - CENTRAL LONDON
This fast paced, top quality multi-outlet establishment is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee its F&B operation. Only the best locally source produce is used to produce an offering of fresh innovative European cuisine while ensuring the best culinary experience possible. The main restaurant can serve up to 500 covers for brunch and 300 covers for dinner and events can range up to 500 covers.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment as well as working with large volumes. Knowledge of the 14 major allergens is highly recommended as you will be required to design menus around guests’ dietary requirements.
As Executive Chef, you will be managing all outlets on site and overseeing the entire operation. You will be responsible for liaising with various suppliers, managing & developing the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also need a cheerful attitude as you will be interacting with potential clientele and doing various cooking demonstrations. An excellent salary of £65,000 per annum is available for the right Executive Chef
