Curriculum Team Leader for Mathematics
Leader of Maths, MPS with TLR 1a. September 2017 start, South Birmingham
Hays Education are working in partnership with a traditional school in South Birmingham to recruit for a leader of Maths for a permanent role to start in September 2017. This school are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational candidate who can drive the department to success.
In this role, you will responsible for providing a challenging and engaging maths curriculum for all students. The ideal candidate will already be working within a strong maths department and have experience of additional responsibilities. You will need to be equipped with the most up to date subject knowledge and understanding of recent changes and developments within the syllabus.
As leader of maths, the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and will be able to inject their enthusiasm for the subject not only within students but also across the Mathematics department and the school as a whole. The successful candidate will be willing to contribute to the wider school life and will be comfortable taking on a whole school responsibility and joining the leadership team.
