Local Business Development Manager - Prestige Motor Dealership
This position is based in our client`s fleet department in their motor dealership in the Swindon area.
This is an exciting role to develop sales solutions for local business clients, maximising the business potential for the dealerships. A key objective will be to ensure that each customer receives the highest level of customer service. You will act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers, planning and organising your own sales activities to win profitable business. Recording contact information and updating the dealerships database will help you to prepare an ongoing customer contact schedule with the opportunity to source repeat sales and build strong customer relationships.
The successful applicants will be responsible for:
Business to Business Sales
Visiting clients to ascertain their needs and requirements
Dealing with Clients and enquiries over the telephone
You will be active in the business community, prospecting, designing and delivering sales presentations. You will be a highly motivated individual, capable of self-management along with an attention to detail and high levels of pro-activity.
Experience in this role within a franchised motor dealership is essential. You must have a proven record of selling ad ons such as gap, lifeshine. Must have a professional manner at all times Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build excellent rapport with customers ensuring repeat business Must have a Full Clean Driving Licence (for insurance purposes)
Basic Salary £20-25k per annum plus commission, OTE £45k+ uncapped.
