My client a Leading Wealth Planning IFA Practice in Central Reading is actively looking to recruit a skilled and compent to run a Corporate Pensions Administration and Paraplanning Team based in their head office.  This is an excellent role for an ambitious candidate who has a can do attitude and is confident in leading and motivating at team. The role will also focus heavilyon improving processes and procedures along with potentially growing the team over time.  Currently looking after a team of at least 5 individuals you will have a wealth of Pensions and Employee Benefits Exposure and be able to hit the ground running swiftly.   The client rewards candidates for their talents and this is a fantastic opportuninty to really make a difference.  The business is growing and evolving and you will very much a part of this.    Reporting into the Department Head you will take ownership of the whole team, its processes and motivating the Team. 

The main duties will be as follows:-

• Lead, motivate, direct and develop the team as agreed with the Corporate Regional Manager to ensure that the team is fit for purpose and delivers to expected and agreed standards.
• Manage the day to day workflow across the team and report progress, successes, remedial action and recommendations to the Corporate Regional Manager.
• Manage the team attendance and resources so that workflow is evenly spread, that cover is in place, and that absences are planned for where possible.
• Coordinate, participate in and manage the recruitment of staff, ensuring the hiring and retention of high calibre staff.
• Manage and deliver induction and training programmes across the team to ensure quality and consistency of service.
• Assess our existing processes, identify improvements and ensure new procedures and processes are successfully implemented into the business.
• Ensure that service delivery failures and potential risks are discussed and subsequent procedural changes are put in place to alleviate future risks.
• Support the client service proposition, making necessary recommendations to the Corporate Regional Manager to ensure that it remains workable, efficient, deliverable, effective and fit for purpose, as well as scalable as the company grows.
• To support the team with key clients and be an escalation point for complex queries ensuring a quality service is provided at all times.
• Ensure the highest possible standard of client service delivery by the team that is consistent, compliant and provided proactively in line with the Bellpenny values, as well as mindful of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) at all times.
• Ensure that the Bellpenny People Values and company culture run through the Corporate support team.
• Liaise with other Bellpenny teams (including but not limited to compliance, integration, finance, HR)

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:-

• The ability to coordinate and manage a service led support team within corporate.
• Experience of client administration (including renewal / rebroking) of group risk benefits and the implementation / client facing administration of group pension schemes, including auto-enrolment
• The ability to assess and make recommendations on processes and procedures.
• Deliver change to support business initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience of or ability to develop people management & leadership skills.
