Our clients North West Business is growing and they are looking for experienced Site Managers in the new build sector to join the region on a number of exciting projects. All buildings are timber framed traditional build and mostly the highest specification. An exciting company to work for and a strong culture of promoting from within, and there have been some recent examples of this. With the housing market booming at the moment this company is adapting to its changes very well.
Due to this expansion and high workload our client is looking for a Site Manager who has experience of traditional build houses and able to run sites autonomously. The usual qualifications are required: SMSTS, Scaffold, Asbestos, Health and Safety. If you have an NHBC award or have CIOB qualifications this would be advantageous. You will need to have the experience of running a site of multiple houses before and show examples of how you have ensured the site staff have responded to enable your site to finish on time and to budget.
For this position, the salary will be £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience and there will be some excellent benefits as well.
