A small, smart real estate company based in Victoria has a vacancy for a Part-Time Bookkeeper (3 days a week / flexible). This company has been well established since the 1980s and has a reputable reputation in the industry.
Your new role
Your new role will report directly to the owner and will involve producing the accounts up to trial balance before submitting to the external Accountant. Duties will involve:
Transactional - Accounts Payable/Receivable
Monthly payroll for 3 employees
Liaison with external accountants to assist with preparation of statutory accounts
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have undertaken a similar role previously and have solid experience using Sage software. You will be confident working independently and have exemplary communication skills.
