Purchase Ledger Manager, Harrogate c£30,000
Our client in Harrogate are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Manager into a newly created role. Managing a team of 9 in a challenging high volume environment, they are looking to recruit an engaging, hands on manager who has worked in a similar role previously.
Duties will include:
- Overseeing the day to day processes within the purchase ledger team
- Monitoring the workload of the team to ensure all deadlines are achieved
- Run team meetings
- Lead the training and development of new staff and be responsible for team development
- Lead the department in the processing of purchase ledger invoices and purchasing requirements to month end
- Conducting staff reviews
- Creating a team environment promoting good employee morale ensuring a high level of communication and pride in the department
