Job Title: Staff Nurse RMN / RNLD Rehabilitation Service

Location: Lincoln

Salary: £26,000 - £30,500 (+ Enhancements for unsociable hours)

Hours: Full time, Part time available.

Joining an outstanding Hospital which specialises in care for LEARNING DISABILTIES and in some cases, LOCKED REHABILITATION, including those with a possible forensic history. The facility aims to encourage individuals to take independence and lead their own care, while developing important social skills and driving engagement. The hospital has a range of involvement in service user's rehabilitation, including providing an independence promoting detached property.

In this key role you will work closely with our in-house Psychiatrists and Psychologists to develop effective care programs and provide leadership and support to the care teams to ensure delivery of the highest level of service to our patients at all times.

This project will provide excellent robust opportunities for greater independence and re-integration into the community for individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour who have perhaps previously resided in hospital or to provide an alternative to a hospital admission.
