This position has been created through expansion, so we are now looking to recruit an experienced professional from within the Work Based Learning Sector.

The role of Curriculum and Standards Manager will be paid a competitive salary of £30000-£35000 and this will be supported with a Company Car, Pension, 22 days+ bank holidays, Healthcare,  Laptop and mobile.
You will be joining a team of 6 which include NVQ Assessors, Internal Verifiers, Quality Manager and Admin support.

The position of Curriculum and Standards Manager will involve national travel, so flexibility within the role is essential.

This company support a wide range of clients with the delivery of Apprenticeship Qualifications. This company offer a flexible approach to Apprenticeship delivery from level 2 Apprenticeships to Higher Apprenticeships.
The Curriculum and Standards Manager will be visiting a varied client base throughout England and will be responsible for carrying out Training Needs Analysis of the individual client. Once this had been carried out, the Curriculum and Standards Manager will then propose a bespoke training package with costing's to the client.
The successful individual will be responsible for the design of the Apprenticeship Qualification by mapping across standards to fulfil the criteria of the Apprenticeship Qualification.

" Management, Team Leading, Customer Service, Business Admin, Warehouse and Storage, Retail and Recruitment and Functional Skills.

The Curriculum and Standards Manager will be responsible for implementation, monitoring and review of the Apprenticeship Delivery. This will entail working closely with the NVQ Assessors, Internal Verifiers, Client and Learner to ensure the apprenticeship delivery is a success.
The appointed person will also be working closely with awarding bodies to ensure all standards meet the expected criteria.

Skills and Experience Required
" Previous experience of working in similar role
" Experience of designing Apprenticeship Standards/Frameworks
" Experience of carrying out Training Needs Analysis
" Knowledge and experience of working with Awarding Bodies and Ofsted
" Hold Assessor, Internal Verification and Teaching Awards, e.g. A1, V1, TAQA, PTTLS
" Excellent Communication and Problem solving Skills
" Knowledge of E-Portfolio's ideally One file or Maytas
" Full UK Driving license
