Financial Planning Administrator

Location: Bolton

Salary: £25,000, Plus excellent benefits

NJR Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well known professional services firm operating from offices in Manchester, Liverpool and Bolton. A new role is available to work from the Head Office in Bolton which consists of around 100 employees including a growing Wealth Management team of 10.

An Administrator is now required to join the very busy n professional Wealth Management team where you will report directly to the Office Manager. Working in a team of 2 Paraplanners and 3 Administrator's the successful candidate will provide direct support to the busy Financial Consultants.

Daily duties will be varied and consist of:

  • Data input of fact find information and documentation onto the back office system (IRESS)
  • Diarising events throughout the business cycle
  • Producing new business packs and preparation for client meetings, the producing of client portfolio review information and presenting this with meeting packs.
  • You will ensure that the back office system records are fully updated to enable accurate management information and reporting
  • Other daily tasks will include liaising with providers and clients and maintaining training objectives.

To apply for the role candidates should be able to work on own their initiative and offer a strong attention to detail. Practical experience and knowledge of an IFA environment is essential and a good working knowledge of IRESS Adviser Office is beneficial.

Previous experience of the Standard Life and Aviva platforms would be useful as would the ambition and desire to progress with Industry exams (this will be fully supported by the client).
