A growing construction consultancy are looking for an experienced Principal Designer / CDM Coordinator to join their established Sheffield team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will work on an exciting array of projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, retail and education, working with major clients to ensure that all pre-construction Health and Safety obligations are met. Operating within a flat management structure and an excellent office atmosphere, you will be given autonomy to perform your duties and will enjoy developing internal systems and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of five years' experience in a similar position is essential, along with a related NEBOSH qualification and experience undertaking site inspections. A highly customer-focused mindset is also required to enable you to create and develop strong working relationships with a commercial focus, alongside an ability to operate autonomously.
