Account/Business Development Manager based Central London

Deverell Smith works with many of the top tech start-ups in Property ranging from online lettings, sales, portals, software and service providers. We have a number of opportunities within the Proptech space.

We're looking for candidates who have knowledge of the property industry, love sales, and have a history of being a top performer. If you're looking for your next role and considering a B2B, account management or business development position then this is a unique opportunity to build on your existing skills while gaining valuable experience working for a venture funded, tech start up. You will be utilising the latest technology in your day to day operations, as well as offering one of the most innovative products in the market. Our client is a Virtual Reality company seeking Account/Business development professionals with a B2B background.


  • Maintaining relationships
  • Finding new business opportunities
  • Inbound/out bound calls
  • Maintaining detail record in CRM (salesforce)
  • Client facing meeting and presentations
  • Drive growth
  • Attend and arrange events


  • Degree educated from top university or equivalent work experience
  • Passion for sales
  • B2B sales background
  • Analytic thinker
  • Motivated and ambitious
  • Willingness to learn and take on Adhoc responsibilities
  • Experience working in the property industry or tech start up environment preferred but not essential.
