As an Internal sales executive you will be responsible for sourcing, generating and closing new sales opportunities, with the help of the marketing and lead generation team, whilst ensuring the customer has a full understanding of the products they are buying by communicating effectively as well as comply with Data protection and FCA compliance at all times
- Working to achieve individual daily targets as well as a daily/weekly team targets
- Contacting existing and potential customers
Dealing with premiums which can be anything from £1500 right up to a quarter of a million pounds.
- Following up leads from various websites and selling motor insurance and other relevant products
- Contacting existing customers regarding their insurance renewals
- Outbound calls, the majority are warm leads you will also deal with some inbound calls
- Proven experience working as a Sales executive
- Knowledge of Sales/Telesales and Commercial Insurance Process & Products
- The ability to negotiate and handle sensitive issues
- An organised approach to your work and the ability to prioritise
- Target driven and motivated
- Solid communication & Articulation skills
