Sirona care & health are looking for an experienced estates and facilities professional who can share our vision and values and take on developing and implementing an estate strategy.

This is an interesting and challenging role requiring both a strategic focus and the ability to deliver whilst continuing to ensure the current soft and hard services remain consistent , high quality and compliant. It requires someone who is versatile, equally able to operate at strategic and operational levels. To be successful in this role you will need a combination of project management, contract management and facilities management experience, and be comfortable working with people at many different levels.

You will work closely with managers and staff to ensure our estate and facilities services support us to deliver excellent care in an efficient and effective way. The role is offered on a 4 day per week (30 hours) basis, although other working patterns will be considered.
