Digital Marketing Manager

LOCATION: South Manchester / Cheshire

SALARY: £40,000 to £45,000 + Bonus

TYPE: Permanent

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving acquisition / retention through the management and execution of online marketing and advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement online strategies with focus on high growth in revenue and ROI in marketing costs.
  • Manage key marketing channels including: SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, email marketing & content marketing.
  • Thoroughly leverage website analytics tools to perform click-path-analysis and make recommendations for further testing and site improvements.
  • Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Ongoing management, planning and implementation of customer acquisition activities.
  • Website management ensuring space on our website is appropriately used to deliver sales and conversion, including homepage, brand pages, category and sub category pages and product pages.

Person:

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar digital / eCommerce role.
  • A proven track record and outstanding skills in digital, search (SEO & PPC), affiliates, e-marketing.
  • Highly developed web analytics knowledge and a proven level of success developing strategy based on achieving specified sales targets
  • Outstanding commercial acumen, strong budget management skills and a high level of financial numeracy.
  • Reinforce and act as an ambassador for the Company Values
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Polished problem solving skills, with the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others where necessary.
