We are currently recruiting for a talented Sous Chef for
a high end private members Golf Club in Surrey to cover a 12-
month sabbatical.

You will report directly to the Head Chef and in his / her absence
the Senior Sous Chef on duty. All questions concerning your
work should be addressed to them. To assist Head Chef in day
to day running of the kitchen

As Sous Chef you will be cooking all fresh food for all sections.
The menu contains all fresh ingredients made onsite using
different techniques such as Sous Vide cooking, Thermomix
and homemade pastry.
As Sous Chef you will help ensure all chefs are fully train on
each section, Help Maintain Food Safety Standards, Menu
ideas, Daily Specials, invoicing input, help maintain food GP,
working with the Restaurant team to resolve any service issue's.
This is a great opportunity for an experience Snr CDP looking
for a step up or an existing Sous Chef to obtain excellent
training and experience.

The client prides themselves on quality and the right candidate
should have good experience preferably in a high end hotel,
golf club, quality restaurant or Club environment.

There First Class training programme includes, Food Safety
levels 3 for Supervisors, Health & Safety, First Aid, Deliberation,
Fire Training, Allergen Training and Manual Handling.

The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team and
also be able to self-manage.
