Resident Liason Officer
My client is a top well established award winning housing service provider with a healthy scope of work in the Midlands.
My client are one of the largest construction and property services company in the UK with over £1.5bn turnover last year.
- To build and maintain relationships with all residents
- Coordinate arrange and attend resident association meetings
- Develop action plans
- Ensure effective and regular written communication and information is provided to residents throughout the course of works including pre-start documentation, issuing of notices (7, 14 and 28 day letters or as instructed by the client).
- Coordinate and attend pre-start meetings at resident's home to carry out needs assessment,

You will have excellent communication skills (with stakeholders at all levels), have a pro-active and empathetic nature, able to work effectively with a diverse range of contacts, be organised and able to time manage and priority effectively.
In Return, you will be offered £18,000- £24,000 (dependant on experience), car/car allowance, fuel card for business use, annual bonus and 26 days holidays + 8 statutory!
