An excellent opportunity for a Continuous Improvements Engineer to play a pivotal role in a globally recognized corporation. You will have the opportunity to have a large impact on the production process and ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing operation.

This company manufacture plastic packaging for a range of prestigious blue chip customers both in Scotland as well as overseas. They now require a continuous improvement engineer to help drive the business forward during this continued period of growth.

In this role you will be the technical point of contact for a team of engineers, and will help drive forward continuous improvement plans to make sure that all products and processes continually meet and exceed standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the plastic manufacturing industry, and a background in implementing improvements, and a knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
