Salary Up to £ 35K + Benefits

We are looking to recruit an Events & Banqueting Manager that will be fully in charge of the conference and banqueting department in this amazing 5 Star Hotel based in Scotland.

The property has extensive facilities and offers a magnificent high end service to all guests, able to host big and small functions. We are looking for a Banqueting Manager with a strong leadership and great eyes for details.

Candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience within the role in a 4 / 5 star Hotel in a similar role. The Manager must be a well organised person with fantastic communication skills and strong personality, reservation schedule and planning must be impeccable. Candidates need to coordinate all the events, delegating tasks to the Food & Beverage teams to make sure the smoothly run of the service. A strong training session is vital for the successful running of the business and to guarantee the competency of the team.

The Events & Banqueting Manager has to be a strong team player, able to work with the Hotel management towards new and existing customer service, marketing and selling techniques.

The ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge on finance and administration, understand P&L and figures.
