My client, a trade body association, based in Shoreditch is looking for their next Sales Ledger Clerk (part time). This is a part time role, working 3 days a week. This role will have primary responsibility for all sales invoicing, reconciliation of sales-related accounts and reporting. In addition there will be a credit control element and more general assistance with all-round accounts.

Salary: £30-35k, pro rata at £18-20k as role is part time at 3 days a week. In addition there is a bonus structure in place.

Main responsibilities.
- Credit Control: For Annual fees outstanding, keeping the Finance Director updated on this.
- Production of all invoices.
- Bank account reconciliations (on Sage) on all sales related bank accounts.
- Membership finance-related queries: including new members, discounts, changes to fees, and possible problem subscriptions for forecasts / budgets.
- Posting and reconciliation of all receipts and to maintain banking sheets in excel.
- Tenant invoicing on a monthly basis.
- Maintain cash flow reconciliations
- Agree and check Fixed Assets on Sage
