Our client, a leading name in the property and construction sector, are seeking a Purchase Ledger Controller in one of their London offices.

Working as part of the wider Accounts team, duties of the Purchase Ledger Controller will include:

*Sorting, checking and coding invoices
*Entering invoicing details into the accounting system
*Obtaining approval for invoices
*Posting authorised invoices to the system
*Setting up new supplier accounts
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Preparing and processing BACS payments
*Marking invoices as paid
*Printing and mailing remittance advice slips

Purchase Ledger Controller - what we're looking for:
*Solid experience of Purchase Ledger, gained within the Professional Services sector
*Strong working knowledge of MS Office
*Strong time management and planning skills
*Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
*Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
