Wealth Advisory Assistant Manager
We are currently representing a national tax and advisory firm that provides expert advice to businesses and individuals across the UK. The companies Wealth Managers are primarily home based and located across the breadth and width of the Country. The wealth managers provide a plethora of advice to a wide variety of clients. Full independent financial planning means that the clients receive advice around their pension and retirement planning, investments, tax and inheritance and estate planning.
Their office in Sheffield is the central 'HUB’ for all paraplanning and administration and they currently employ circa 30-40 employees all dedicated to ensuring that their wealth management team are fully supported; assisting with the care of a portfolio of clients. They are seeking an assistant manager to provide assistance to the junior administrators and support senior team members. Working alongside the office’s Learning and development manager and reporting into the office Manager, you will work cohesively to ensure that the process and procedures are water tight, and that tasks are managed effectively across teams.
To be successful in the role you will need to have a good operational understanding of processes within an IFA practice, with a strong understanding of the financial advice process, product and services knowledge and technical capability. You will be an excellent people manager with proven management experience and leadership skills to include: great communication, decisiveness and a directional and motivational personality.
