Accountancy Action is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to further their career.
They are looking for someone to provide quality administration as well as general office based support which ensures the smooth the running of the office.
Experience within a similar role is essential.
- Maintain comprehensive accurate records.
- Filing/sending out relevant documentation/emails.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate petty cash records to include regular returns to Finance for reimbursement.
- Collate and produce monthly income spread sheets and liaise with Finance.
- Provide reception cover.
- Ad hoc admin for management, staff and service users e.g. holiday and sickness records, printing, photocopying, emailing, stationery purchases, etc.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience of working with databases and IT systems.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good communicator.
- Up to 12 months experience within a similar role.
