Our client is a successful equipment supply business based near Diss in Norfolk who are now looking to recruit a full time, permanent Finance Assistant to join their existing team. As the business grows, an experienced individual is now required to join this busy office environment, providing further support to the Finance Manager and the current team.
You must have recent experience in all aspects of:
- Purchase Ledger - Duties will include matching and coding invoices, statement reconciliation, investigating and resolving supplier queries, liaising with Departmental Managers, posting invoices and supplier payments, filing, scanning and making phone calls.
- Must be able to manage workload in order to meet month end processing deadlines.
- Help with Credit Control and Payroll
- Also any other duties relevant to working in an accounts department.
Candidate needs to be a good team player, have good all round IT skills and confident in dealing with people both in person and on the telephone. Own transport is essential. Experience with Sage Line 50 & Sage Payroll would be an advantage.
