A forward thinking well established Insurance company on the outskirts of North Birmingham are recruiting for an Adjustments Advisor to join there growing business.

The Role and Responsibilities
-To amend and adjust customers Insurance policy information, this includes change of address, adding on a partner, adding an upgrade
-Provide an excellent customer service
-Ensure all policy information is correctly updated and the process is followed in regards to FCA standards
-To ensure all customers are provided with an understanding of what they can add on to the policy

To be considered for this role you must have a background in Adjustments within Insurance or Sales within Financial Services
-An Excellent Customer Service approach
-Adjustments experience
-Ability to work towards targets
-A background in insurance is desirable

The company are offering a salary of £23,000 with an opportunity to to earn up to £3,000 commission, the working hours are Monday and Tuesday 11.30 till 19.00pm and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12.00 till 18.30pm with alternative Saturdays 9am till 15.00pm
