This challenging yet rewarding Registered Manager position is available for a full time permanent position starting as soon as possible and is the ideal opportunity for an ambitious member of senior care staff looking for a new challenge.

As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the residential provision and will need to ensure that high levels of social, emotional and physical care are provided to all service users. Your responsibilities also include managing finances, organising and training of staffing and making sure that all child protection procedures and safeguarding policies are adhered to.

This scenic residential service in Stockport provides care and education for young people with various needs, specifically those with Social Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) and Attachment Disorder.

To join the QT team and be successful in this Registered Manager role you will need to have:

*NVQ Level 5 qualification in leadership
*Experienced working with young people with SEBD
*The ability to build and develop positive relationships with staff and young people
*Good understanding of Safeguarding procedures and policies
*NVQ 3 (Caring for Children and Young People)
*5 years experience in residential care or in a similar setting
*Minimum 2 years management experience
