We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to bring drive, enthusiasm and expertise to our business and start a career as a Recruiter.

Previous recruitment experience is not required, but you'll need to have recently held a target based sales position. Applications from experienced recruitment consultants are welcomed too!

We operate in five different business areas and have a vacancy in each team - Construction, Support Services (HR, Finance, Supply Chain), Health and Social Care, Engineering & Manufacturing and Transport & Logistics.

Job description:

  • 360 recruitment within one of our 5 divisions
  • Become an expert in your sector
  • Meet with your clients and build strong long term relationships
  • Business development, sales & account management
  • Fill your clients vacancies


  • Salary £19K - £24K based on previous track record
  • Uncapped commission - no threshold £38.5K OTE is based on £120K billings pa
