Business Development Manager - Talent Insight
A people research and talent insight business is seeking a New Business Development Manager to join their dynamic and forward thinking sales function.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is an autonomous role, charged with further building the businesses portfolio of customers, effectively using its established reputation and enviable customer list aswell as your own networks and skills to break the business into new projects and clients.
With a strong new business focus, the role will also be asked to manage a portfolio of accounts and develop relationships, uncovering, nurturing, and identifying new opportunities to do business.
To apply, you should be an experienced Business developer who has a successful track record. You could have gained your experience from talent insight, talent consultancy, people solutions or recruitment consultancy related sectors. Other environments will be considered if you can demonstrate a successful career which has involved selling to HR and procurement professionals and bring a solid understanding of people and talent related buying signals. You should be flexible in your approach, consultative in your style and tenacious in your character.
You will be passionate about business development and have taken the time and interest to develop your professional sales skills understanding through CPD, intrigue and investment. In return, the business offers strong earning potential and the ability to work with an influence blue chip businesses across a range of sectors.
