Your new role
This is an exciting new position to head up a brand new department within the organisation where you will be responsible for shaping the policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department in keeping with the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have great communication skills with a strong focus on customer complaints/queries, you will be required to present to the Board and the Compliance team on areas of focus and improvement and you will also need to provide possible ways that processes and products can be improved on to bring down the level of complaints.
You will have a complaints advisor reporting into you so ideally you will need to have some supervision experience.
