The Role

As a New Business Partner you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads, to book appointments for the regional based Sales team and to maximise sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated, resilient self-starter with the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

Responsibilities:

·Develop new business opportunities via telephone and other communication methods such as email and social media to introduce the brand and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
·Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
·Identify key buying influencers within these prospects and to determine budget and timeline.
·Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
·Work with the Regional Sales and Business Development Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
·Ensure trials are set up and client aftercare is managed correctly.
·Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
·Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

Intermediate knowledge in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other relevant packages with fast and accurate typing skills, and a high level of grammar, spelling and punctuation.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Highly organised and self-motivated
·Sales experience desirable but not essential
