Lloyd Recruitment Services the East Grinstead Branch, have a great job opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Business Manager to join a well-established and reputable company in East Grinstead.

£26,000 - £28,000 subject to experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with all teams to ensure they are resourced to complete their jobs
  • Work in close partnership with Managing director to facilitate internal projects
  • Manage central shopping list/ procurement process
  • Liaise with bookkeeper weekly regarding weekly expenditure
  • Process improvement
  • Run weekly team meeting HR Management
  • Facilities and asset management
  • Monitor, update and implement health and safety policies
  • Monitor and ensure legal compliance
  • Liaise with company solicitor
