My client is looking to appoint a HR Advisor to work in a team of 3, supporting 300 employees.
This is a traditional, generalist HR role dealing with absence, grievance, disciplinary, talent management, L&D, recruitment and retention.
Ideally you will be from a professional services background, experienced dealing with senior stakeholders and directors.
This role is fast paced and very varied. You will be required to "think on your feet" but still have the safety net to ask for assistance from an excellent Head of HR.
Although not essential, ideally you will be CIPD 3 or 5 qualified or working towards.
