You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director and Production Director. In this role you will be responsible for managing a number of concurrent projects delivering business improvement and supporting the business change programme and client integration. Many of the projects will involve the introduction or modification of IT and print production workflow. As a Project Manager you will be expected to own the projects from inception through to closure where assigned.

The Job:

1.Manage the production of products required by the projects;
2.Direct and motivate the project teams;
3.Plan and monitor the projects and lifecycle progression;
4.Produce the initiation documents and monitor project risks;
5.Produce regular reports for the appointed project boards;
6.Monitor that resources required for successful delivery of the project are available;
7.Own all project issues and take necessary corrective action;
8.Be responsible for change control and configuration management.
9.Be involved in company audits with our accreditation bodies and clients.

The Person:

1.Ability to plan and coordinate within a complex environment;
2.Demonstrate a structured approach to the management of issues and risks;
3.Good analytical skills and common sense;
4.Leadership qualities and the ability to establish and sustain momentum surrounding critical timelines;
5.Ability to complete a number of tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and quality;
6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills;
7.Prince 2 Practitioner status is desirable or the ability to demonstrate sufficient knowledge and experience of delivering agile projects in a similar environment.
8.Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and preferably PCI compliance.
