Elton Recruitment are recruiting on, behalf of our client, for a Corporate Receptionist. We are looking for someone who has 4/5 star hotel experience or has 1-2 years experience working in a customer service role. This position will consist of working in a busy ground floor building. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join one of the UK's leading Facilities Management companies. Competitive salary with excellent benefits package, based in Nottingham. You will also be required to be SIA cleared before starting.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Register and welcome clients and contractors to the building offering a five-star customer experience
  • Logging building faults with the helpdesk
  • Ensure that all visitors are hosted at all times
  • Supporting security at times by checking staff passes
  • Liaising with the clients, visitors & Facilities Manager
  • Ensure that switchboard is answered in a professional timely manner

Essential Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Passionate about providing delivering exceptional customer service
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
  • Provides assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the team

Preferred Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience within either a 4/5-star hotel or retail environment preferred
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word / Excel / Office
  • Ideally have held or holds a current SIA license
  • Ability to effectively communicate and provide directions in a clear, concise and professional manner in both verbal and written form
  • Must be available to work, varied shifts and flexible schedules Monday - Friday
