An amazing role has arisen for a passionate Sous chef, looking for a great opportunity. The restaurant is offering European Modern Cuisine using the finest ingredients. The menu will change depending on season and produce with daily specials.
The sous chef will work closely with the head chef and the executive chef to manage the brigade, developed the team, offering menu input and help to run the busy kitchen. The ideal Chef will have ideally previously worked with French cuisine or in a busy brasserie or fine dining restaurant, ideally with Rosette or Michelin star.
I'm looking for a sous chef with a consistent CV with knowledge of kitchen finance, HACCP and health and safety.
The role will suit someone who is looking for a new challenge, learn to work with a large brigade in a well busy restaurant. The role offers a good work life balance as the team is well structured.
The salary is up to £34,000. The Chef will have every Sunday off and another day! This is an amazing opportunity to join this restaurant in Central London.
