We are looking for a Financial Controller who would like to join the Business Unit of the European Leader within the Cinema industry with already 23 offices in Europe. This is a 360 degrees role where you will work within a small team and report to the Country Manager and be involve in each domain of the company (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc) and their Business Units.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Central London.

The job:

  • Supervision of statutory account including accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue recognition and intercompany transactions;
  • Monthly sales closing and quarterly reporting to the Group;
  • Set up and preparation of the budget, forecasting process and variance analyses;
  • Support to local management with ad-hoc reporting and financial expertise;
  • Supervision of local administrative team including relation with external partners (accounting, payroll, …);
  • Monitor cash collection and credit control;
  • Participation to ERP implementation and improvement;
  • Follow up on all tax matters and legal requirements;
  • Liaise with operational and sales teams to ensure proper SAP accounting flows;

Required profile:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent);
  • Relevant successful 5-10 years’ experience in industry
  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP, …), reporting tools, databases and business intelligence will be a strong advantage;
  • Exposure to international environment is considered as a valuable asset;
  • Analytical, autonomous, assertive and organised profile;
  • Good communication skills and team spirit;
  • Ready to travel to France or Belgium from time to time
