Conveyancing Assistant - Sherborne
My client is currently recruiting a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy and successful Residential Property Team based in Sherborne.
The role will mainly involve providing post completion support to the Team Conveyancers in all sale and purchase transactions. This will include administrative support and assisting reception cover as well as assisting with any other tasks that may be reasonably required.
The ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively and ensure that the client’s best interests are served at all times is vital qualities. Previous administration experience is preferred, ideally gained within a legal or property related environment, however full training will be provided. Excellent IT skills are essential.
