Sous Chef is required for this Superb Fine Dining Restaurant with Private Dining Rooms serving creative modern cuisine. Located in Near Billericay. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a very talented Head Chef and join his small but passionate brigade.
As Sous Chef you will be expected to have at least 5 - 6 years’ experience in at least 2 Rosette Standard fine dining kitchens and be able to demonstrate a stable background. Our client is looking for a calm, well organised and talented chef who is looking for career development.
As Sous Chef the Head Chef will expect you to have a wide range of skills at this level and is keen for you to help further develop menus while training and developing juniors.
Due to the location in near Billericay a car driver is essential!
Excellent Basic Salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience
