We are working with one of the most exciting Retail Marketing agencies in the UK; boasting a client roster of global FMCG brands and a friendly and talented team. They are looking for two Account Directors to head up two accounts; one, a global FMCG account and the other is a high-growth account for a very well-known confectionery brand.
As an Account Director, you will be building relationships at senior level with Brand guardians and marketers, on devising and developing shopper and promotional campaigns which lead to repeat purchase and brand loyalty. This agency operates in a really agile way, making this role really varied as you will be able to devise completely multi-channel strategies which will enable the client to see their campaigns reach the masses.
As part of their growth, the Account Director will be assisting with new business pitches, developing and nurturing a team of account handlers and working with the Directors to identify potential new opportunities.
We are looking for experienced Senior Account Managers looking to step up to Account Director level, or Account Directors searching for a new opportunity. We're specifically interested in people with BTL, shopper and/or events experience, and they will offer continued development and support for those interested in this area of marketing. You will be passionate, energetic and love the idea of working with brands that everyone has heard of.
