British heritage formal menswear brand, looking for a Customer Acquisition & Retention Manager to join their Digital Marketing team based in South West London. This business was founded over 100 years ago and now have 130+ stores nationwide.

This role is to create and deliver retention, re-activation and acquisition strategies to drive growth to this Omni-Channel business whilst delivering a high-quality customer experience. Interact with customers online and offline ensuring there is a consistent brand message to increase the customer base and improve ROI.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, develop and implement retention and acquisition programmes to achieve an Omni-Channel experience.
Manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliates and increase conversions/ ROI efficiently.
Create and maintain segmentation models, devising relevant customer types and build upon personalisation programmes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all material and content is delivered on time and aligned with the brand values.
Track the performance and KPIs by using customer insights and data.
Use data to provide a compelling rationale for future strategies that acquire and retain customers as well as anticipating trends.
Manage activities by responding to feedback, presenting ideas and collaborate with teams to deliver a continuous message for the customer across the business regardless of channel.
Create digital marketing concepts, strategic analysis and define digital strategies.
Translate data-led insights into strategic recommendations to underpin the digital development and execute robust online plans to deliver targets.
Maximise commercial opportunities.

Ideal candidate:
5+ years experience with Search (SEO/ PPC), Display, Affiliates
Omni-channel approach
Strong analytics skills
Understanding of web analytics packages; SiteCatalyst, Discover, Google Analytics, Adobe
Deep understanding of customer needs and user experience
