Your new company
A rapidly growing, privately owned business is recruiting a Finance Manager to work closely with a Part Time Finance Director. This company has doubled its turnover in the last 5 years and is now looking to recruit a Full Time Finance Manager (ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified).
Your new role
- Your duties will include:
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Accruals and prepayments
- Monthly financial reviews Intercompany transactions
- Payroll MI and bonus calculations (payroll itself is currently outsourced)
- Cash flow management
- Year end reporting
There will be a real emphasis on reporting and they will be looking for someone who can provide meaningful data and recommendations. For example: Sales reporting, weekly and ad hoc, Individual customer reporting, Aged debt.
The business currently uses Sage 50 and 200 (desirable), Excel (to Intermediate level) and SSRS Reporting systems (not essential).
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) but my candidate will consider somebody who is qualified by experience, QBE.
You will ideally have experience of working in an SME company and all round accounts experience.
What you'll get in return
Salary £30k - £35k depending on experience 8am - 4.30pm Mon to Fri - can be changed if this doesn't fit your individual circumstances 22 days holiday + statutory entitlement.
