A lovely opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Co-ordinator to join a small, friendly finance team based near Bicester. As Purchase Ledger Co-ordinator, your key duties will include:

  • Receive and process supplier invoices

  • Identify and resolve issues

  • Prepare and process supplier payment runs

  • Reconcile supplier statements

  • Maintain accounting ledgers by identifying and reducing debit balances and unallocated transactions

  • Build and maintain good supplier and internal relations

To be successful in your application for this position, you will have previous demonstrable experience in a similar purchase ledger role with strong data entry skills and a keen eye for detail. You will also have a sound knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles and be a good team player.
