Job Title: Digital Coordinator

Role Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

The Digital Coordinator will administer all digital platforms and applications to maintain standards, and make necessary updates to improve performance and usability. The successful candidate will project manage the implementation of new digital projects or enhancements, whilst liaising effectively with internal and external clients. In addition to this you will be required to address system queries, report on digital performance and support the Digital Project Manager when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for updating online content via Content Management Systems/WordPress. Or instruct an agency to initiate changes.

· To project manage new digital platforms or make improvements to existing ones.

· Measure and report on online performance using various reporting tools. To identify trends, successes and improvements where needed.

· Identify and recommend new digital development opportunities in line with organisational strategies and user demand.

· Support the Website Manager with various tasks, including month end reporting and domain management.

· Work with internal clients (CWP companies, CWP UK sales, marketing, PR, medical, web, .de, and production) to support, generate and manage concepts and content for relevant projects.

· Communicate effectively and manage internal clients and external suppliers such as photographers, copywriters and creative design agencies.

· Support internal clients with online/system help queries and provide a solution.

· Provide system training to internal clients when necessary.

· Undertake other duties and tasks that from time to time may be allocated to the jobholder that are appropriate to the grade of the job.

· Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection etc, and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook.

THE CANDIDATE

Education/Qualifications/Training:

· NVQ/Vocational qualifications are highly desirable in website operations or 2/3 years experience of working within a digital environment.

· Google analytics or other website reporting tools.

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

· The ability to recommend and advise on new digital development or content enhancements.

· Have strong digital project management skills

· Strong planning and organisational skills

· Have the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and external clients

· An understanding of digital builds including creative and how they work (coding and design skills are not essential)

· Provide insight and statistics on the effectiveness of online assets

· Have the ability to manage multiple updates, projects, and challenges to meet desired deadlines

· Experience in updating online content using Content Management Systems

· Good IT skills including knowledge of Word and Excel

· The ability to investigate website/system errors and identify a solution

· The ability to test new systems thoroughly and make/recommend changes

· The ability to understand the impact of changes across all digital platforms and systems

· Knowledge and experience of website reporting tools

· Have close attention to detail

· Analytical and a problem solver

Desired:

· Good working knowledge of SEO

· Good copywriting skills

· Good proofreading skills
