Electrical Maintenance Lead
Electrical Lead required for a mobile role in SW London working for a housing association.
Your new company
I am currently working with an award winning provider of affordable housing and services in the Surrey, Middlesex and South West London areas.
This particular housing associations owns and manages 9,000 homes across these regions and is looking to move away from outsourcing works to a contractor and instead provide the service from within the organisation.
Your new role
You will be leading a brand new electrical team providing support and guidance to the electricians working both beneath and alongside you.
Your responsibility will include supervising, managing and developing the team of Electricians to deliver an effective EICR and repairs program.
Assessing both Code 1 and Code 2 remedial issues and resolving these issues as soon as possible.
This role is primarily Monday- Friday only but as the role and team mature, you will find you will need to deliver works across a weekend.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and hold your 17th edition. Ideally, you will also hold either 2391 or 2394/5.
You will need to have the City & Guilds 17th Edition Level 3 and have experience of all types of electrical installation, eg Pyro, Conduit & Trucking, PVC is essential.
