A vacancy has become available for a Sales Office Administrator to join a busy sales team based in Devizes.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a variety of stockists, installer and consumer customers on the telephone / by email, inputting orders/returns, and providing product information. He/she will need to have excellent communication skills, Sage experience would be an advantage but Microsoft Office Package plus good English and Maths are essential. A pleasant and friendly manner is important at all times.

Full on-going product training will be given to the successful candidate.

The hours of work are 8:30pm - 5:30pm, Monday -Thursday and 8:30pm - 5:00pm Friday, with 1 hour for lunch, although some flexibility is required.

We are looking for a person who is capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure to time constraints and as part of a team in an open busy office.
