I am currently working with a legal / financial services organisation based in Epping, Essex.  They are currently recruiting for a BID Support Executive to join their Bids Team

We are looking for an individual to work as part of the bid team to help produce high quality submissions including pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders and proposals. The role requires an individual with strong organisational skills including intelligence gathering, planning, a strong command of written English and excellent communication skills.

The role encompasses all aspects of the administration processes to support work winning activities from document production (formatting, proof reading, creating graphics), liaising with Subject Matter Experts across the Group, Bid Library content management, collating bid information and circulating to key individuals, as well as other general administration duties.

Teamwork, creativity and innovation will also be required in this rewarding but challenging role.

Core duties and responsibilities

You will:
• Assist with the production of pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders and proposals.
• Carry out daily searches to identify potential bid opportunities and provide relevant research to aid the bid/no bid decision.
• Update the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system with key bid data.
• Work closely with key personnel across the business to extract data for inclusion in tender documents.
• Assist with the management of the bid process to ensure deadlines are met and documents are produced and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct research into potential clients and present statistical and demographic information in graphical format.
• Analyse client data/statistics and present in easy to understand format with appropriate commentary to support key bid messages.
• Assist with maintaining the Bid Library to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date.
• Capture feedback and learning from each bid and update the Feedback Log.
• Any other duties commensurate with the post.
