Here in the UK, they retail in a number of key household names and are a recognisable brand - quickly making the most of digital innovations to enhance their service offering.
Due to the creation of a new business within the Group, we are recruiting the job of Retail Marketing Manager to join this start-up branch of the brand in communicating directly with customers to attract footfall and loyalty.
Your new role
As Retail Marketing Manager you will be responsible for originating, communicating, identifying and pro-actively driving all marketing activities and strategies to all stake holders. You will create, implement and update the overall marketing and commercial trading strategy and commercial plan to drive the overall Business Plan and manage all supplier contracts and relationships. You will deliver profit growth through a targeted and effective marketing campaign and promotional strategy, and will formulate all marketing, promotional and communication plans to generate new sources of revenue. You will author all marketing and promotional briefs and communicate in an engaging way with the stores and colleagues relevant departments, including monitoring and reporting on all campaigns to ensure ROI and make necessary course adjustments to deliver on targets.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking a generalist Marketing Manager with experience in a retail setting, ideally with both a Trade and B2C background. You will be comfortable managing budgets, creating marketing plans, and executing all necessary marketing activities across integrated campaigns. You will be comfortable managing 1-2 individuals, and happy to travel within the job.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) plus great benefits - including parking. You will have the opportunity to work within a new, start-up arm of an established business to really shape the future of the brand.
