Project Manager - Fulham, London - £33k

With plans to expand the business in Europe by creating a sales and marketing hub in London this is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a new and dedicated team.

The Project Manager will be accountable for supporting the sales efforts in the assigned region while maximising the exceptional service clients have come to expect from this luxury brand.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Directly assist in responding to client inquires in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the Market Manager in sales/ marketing effort
  • Sales call preparation including samples; marketing materials; gifts, etc
  • Project specification creation
  • Respond to client calls and follow up with others in the department
  • Point person for all pricing, working directly with Market Managers
  • Work with inventory management to facilitate discounts on large orders
  • Work with commercial services to determine product availability for projects
  • Continue to assist Market Managers in finalizing specifications to close projects
  • Prepare spec books, including installation instructions and product care and maintenance
  • Continue to service committed projects once specifications are finalised
  • Enter orders in system and manage projects through installation
  • Be present at building site upon product arrival when needed
  • Ensure product deliver is on time and in line with brand expectations

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in construction/plumbing/commercial building industry
  • Solid project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and prioritisation skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Strong trouble shooting and solution oriented mind-set
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel
  • Able to learn new systems easily
