Experienced & Creative Sous Chef
Salary: up to 30K + benefits
Are you an experienced Sous Chef within a high quality rosette establishment? Are you experienced in managing multi menu services? Are you a good team leader with the knowledge and skills to develop and retain your staff? Are you somebody who is both organised and has an eye for detail?
Then this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real contribution to the development of the business.
You will be responsible for all aspects of food production from sourcing suppliers to the finished dishes. You will use your experience to produce creative and enticing menus across all areas of service. You will ensure the very best in food standards and quality leading to the highest industry recognition. You will have worked in establishments with a minimum of 2 rosette standard.
You will support and train/mentor your team and be responsible for adding to your team as the business grows. You will show the creative passion, flair and drive to assist in achieving the business objectives. You will be meticulous in ensuring compliance with HACCP, food hygiene and health and safety legislation. You will have a detailed approach to costings, ensuring every dish delivers on target, therefore allowing profits to be invested back into facilities and staffing.
